Advisor - Dermody Portfolio Sale
Preferred Capital Advisors (PrefCap) was retained by Dermody Properties to advise in the sale of the DP Warehouse / Distribution Portfolio, a portfolio consisting of nearly 25 million SF of warehouse properties and 1,260 acres of developable land with the potential to build another 18 million SF. The Portfolio was owned by a joint venture between Dermody Properties and California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). Steve Silk and Jay Borzi from Eastdil Secured were selected to handle the sale.
