What this means is that for any given assignment, we will cover the entire market regardless of who controls the lender. If this requires us to split a fee with a capable correspondent lender, we will. Our interest lies with finding not just the best pricing, but the best fit for both the borrower and the lender. Often, the deal is more complex than just a pricing decision. Certainty of close, the structure of the funding, the approval risk, the borrower needs and the lender needs among other are all things to be taken into account.
