PrefCap advised Oak Capital Partners, LLC on their acquisition of the Raymond & Main Retail transaction in Alhambra CA. In Q2-2010 Oak Capital purchased the balance of the recently completed 42,000 SF center from the Panattoni Development Company. PrefCap restructured the underlying transaction debt to facilitate the recapitalization. Tenants include Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Store, JPMorgan/Chase, Flame Broiler and Chipotle.
